At Pickrell Locker & Smokehouse we make a wide variety of specialty products right here at our facility. Nothing is ever shipped out to be processed elsewhere. We have items varying from Snack Sticks, Jerky, Dried Beef, Smoked & Fresh Brats, & tons more.

These items are usually available in our retail area for purchase or can be made as part of any custom processing order. We can also make items for an event, party, or gifts as well!

Our Whole Muscle Beef Jerky is some of the best around & we make a variety of flavors.

Original Bacon
Our Award-Winning Original Cured Bacon is the perfect go to for breakfast! Hickory Smoked & sliced to perfection.
We have received Reserve Grand Champion awards in 2020 & 2022 at the Nebraska Association of Meat Processors annual convention with our Bacon! It's delicious!
Shoulder Bacon
A more lean option to regular bacon. Also known as "Cottage Bacon". Great for breakfast, burgers, blt's & more. If you like meaty bacon with less fat this is the one for you!

Jalapeno Bacon
The perfect match for you bacon lovers that also love bacon with some spice! Our Jalapeno Bacon goes great on a cheeseburger or wrapped around jalapeno's for poppers. It will definitely keep you coming back for more!

The perfect zip to our Original Bacon. Hickory Smoked Peppered Bacon is good anytime & on anything or just as a snacker!
Sausage Patties
Who loves a perfect pair? Our Sausage Patties are the perfect match to any of our bacons! Pre-made & pre-cut for an easy throw in the skillet or on the grill experience. The perfect blend of sweet spices! Also available in 1 lb. packages, great for making casseroles or make ahead breakfast burritos.
Fresh Brats
Our Fresh Brats can be made with Pork or Beef and are great for the smoker or the grill. These are available in all of the same mouth-watering flavors as our Smoked Brats but must be cooked thoroughly to temp.

Pork Bacon Burger Patties
Ground Pork Patties with a twist! Our Pork Bacon Burger Patties are ground pork, bacon chunks, & a little secret ingredient. The perfect combination to make your mouth water wanting more.
This is also available in 1 lb. packages to use how you wish.

Great for a cold sandwich, pickle roll-ups, chipped beef, or just a simple snack. Our Dried Beef has won awards in 2018 & 2020. It's not just a thing of the past anymore! It's a savory salty slice you don't want to miss out on!
Smoked Brats
Our smoked brats can be made with beef or pork and we have a wide array of flavors to choose from! Some of our most popular smoked brat flavors are Blue Ribbon, Cheddar, Swiss Garlic & Onion, Tomato Basil with Mozzarella Cheese, & Philly Cheesesteak.
These are cooked in our smokehouse and just need to be heated through when ready to eat, which makes for a quick & easy meal!

Specialty Patties
In addition to our Original Hamburger Patties we also make patties with Cheese options, Seasoned with amazing seasoning blends & fresh ingredients, or Bacon chunks added. These great pre-made patties can go straight from the freezer to the grill, making it a great "forgot to lay something out for dinner" kind of night!

Ham
Deli ham, bone-in cured hams, ham steaks, & more! Whether you are looking for ham to make sandwiches, an Easter dinner ham, or a quick ham steak for breakfast, our sweet & flavorful hams are a great option. Our Boneless Deli Ham was a 2022 Champion Award Winner!
Pulled Pork
Our Pulled Pork is great for easy weeknight meals or for big parties or events. We can make any size batch to fit your needs and you don't have to do all the work! Just throw it in a roaster or crockpot with your favorite liquid or sauce and heat through. It's great as a sandwich or on nachos!
Smoked Brisket
Love Brisket and don't know how or not have the time to cook it? Let us do the work for you! Pre-packaged sliced brisket that you can pull out and easily heat up! We use the perfect blend of spices & hickory smoke. This is the perfect main dish or even pairs with a hoagie bun as a sandwich!
St. Louis Ribs
Our St. Louis Ribs are finger licking good! They are seasoned, hickory smoked, sauced, & packed for a quick & easy reheat to enjoy anytime! Pairs well with any of your favorite bbq side dishes!
