A good rule of thumb is that 50 lbs. of meat will fit into a 2.25 cubic foot freezer.  If you were only storing meat a 12-cu. ft. freezer would hold 250 lbs. of meat.  Your freezer should be set to keep the meat at -10 degrees below zero.  Pickrell Locker will have your meat at -10 degrees when you pick it up.
